Who We Are:

GEaR is an international team of scientists, alpinists, search and rescue experts, and researchers leading complex projects in remote locations to find missing American aviators and address legacy environmental challenges. Our work is privately funded. We prioritize engaging the families of the MIAs for which we are searching and cultivating respectful partnerships with local communities in our service area.
